Meridian Pacific Mortgages is a franchise of Meridian Financial which is one of the largest mortgage brokerage companies in Western Canada. I specialize in creative financing - I can do anything from your standard home purchase to 2nd mortgages to finding investors for commerical properties.I also coach my clients on how to improve their credit. I have a variety of clients - first time homebuyers, new landed immigrants, owner builders. I speak Russian, German and some Japanese.
